Purpose of this site
This website is an informational record of work NOVA is building, developing, and advancing. It is not an offer, a proposal, or a commitment to provide anything.
Statements about work in progress
Each work area on this site carries a status: built and verified, in development, in system design, or a framework for discussion. Those statuses are stated deliberately and should be read literally.
Descriptions of work that is in development or in design describe current intent and direction. They are not commitments to deliver a particular capability, at a particular time, in a particular form.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, security, or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied upon as a basis for a decision without independent professional judgement.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove content as work and its status change.
