Accessibility

Built to be usable by everyone.

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across every page of this site. This statement describes what that means in practice and how to tell us if we have fallen short.

Last updated 15 August 2026

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on all public pages. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement rather than a later review, and automated accessibility checks run against the site as part of our release process.

What we have built in

Semantic structure with landmarks and a logical heading order, a skip link to the main content, and keyboard access to every interactive element in a predictable order.

A visible focus indicator on every control, which is never removed. Colour contrast that meets AA for body text, including where the page moves between dark and light sections.

Status is never communicated by colour alone. Every status indicator carries a text label.

Motion

The animated background is decorative, is hidden from assistive technology, and never blocks reading or interaction.

If your system requests reduced motion, the animation does not run at all: a single static image is shown instead, and page transitions are reduced to near-zero. The site also reduces motion automatically on lower-powered devices.

Zoom and text size

Content and functionality are preserved at 200% zoom. Zoom is not restricted, and body text is never set below 16 pixels.

Known limitations

We test with automated tooling, keyboard navigation, and across current versions of major browsers. We cannot claim to have tested every assistive technology in every configuration.

If you encounter a barrier, that is a defect we want to fix.

Tell us about a barrier

Write to info@novadigitalsolutions.io with "accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will respond and treat it as a fault to be corrected.
