The product’s intended value is continuity: a person’s skills, experience and goals should remain understandable as they learn, pursue opportunities and work with organizations.

The fuller product definition has three planes. Personal ProSpace supports the individual’s professional context and development. Talent and Hiring addresses the candidate and employer journey. HRIS and Workforce addresses appropriate organizational records and workforce processes. These are intended scope, not a statement that every feature or integration is publicly available.

The distinction between a person and their employer matters throughout. Membership in an organization is not blanket permission to view the person’s private learning, goals or undisclosed job search. Candidate and workforce records need their own purpose and access boundaries.

ProSpace and Lectra serve related but different purposes. A future connection can support selected achievement exchange, while education remains Lectra’s domain and career/workforce workflows remain ProSpace’s. No live integration or guaranteed employment outcome is asserted here.

ProSpace is NOVA’s platform for work, learning and professional growth. It brings skills, experience and goals into a more coherent professional context. Its broader intended scope includes personal career experiences, talent and hiring workflows, and workforce administration, with separate permissions for each.

Is it only a networking site?

No. The intended scope goes beyond a public profile or network: it connects professional context, learning, opportunities and relevant organizational workflows. Specific live features and access must be confirmed from current product information.

Will my employer see my private job search?

ProSpace’s product design separates personal career activity from employer workforce records. Employer membership is not blanket permission to view private goals or undisclosed job search. Exact product access and privacy terms should still be reviewed for the actual use.

How is ProSpace different from Lectra?

ProSpace focuses on professional identity, work, opportunity and workforce contexts. Lectra is planned as a complete education platform for independent learners, families, classrooms and hybrid learning. Future authorized achievement sharing can connect them without merging their private records.

Will ProSpace guarantee me a job?

No employment guarantee is established. The product is intended to support professional development and opportunity workflows, while employers and candidates retain their own decisions.

Can you look up an employee or candidate?

No. Ask NOVA cannot access ProSpace records, candidate applications, private profiles or workforce information. It can only explain approved public product information.
